Chocolate Raspberry Swirl

A friend of mine wanted to order a cheesecake for her husbands birthday last month so I told her to check out my blog and let me know what she wanted.  She called me a couple of days later and said her husband liked chocolate and raspberries.  I make a great White Chocolate Raspberry cheesecake but I had never used milk chocolate.  Unfortunately I did not get to taste this cheesecake but it looked fabulous and my friend said it was one of the best cheesecakes her husband had tried.

This cheesecake has a chocolate shortbread crust, chocolate cheesecake filling with a layer of raspberry in the middle and raspberry swirls on top.  Can’t wait to make this cheesecake again so I can try it too.

My Favorite Things

I am a woman of many interests but baking is my favorite hobby. Desserts are at the top of my list next to breads. You just can't beat the taste and smell of homemade bread coming out of the oven. Well . . . actually you can. Many will agree that cheesecake is just too big of a temptation to resist. Half the fun for me is creating the masterpiece to be shared with friends and family!
